DAAD — the German Academic Exchange Service — runs the EPOS scholarship line: development-related master's programmes in English or German, with a monthly stipend, health insurance and travel covered. Unlike Chevening or Stipendium Hungaricum, there is no single national deadline: you apply directly to each programme, usually through the university, and most cut-offs land between August and December for the following autumn.
